ASSEMBLY AND CORRECT USE

The Susy® Home Kit contains everything you need to create a practical, hygienic and long-lasting litter box right in your home.

  1. Home Hay Feeder – Assemble it following the included instructions or the dedicated video: assembly is quick and requires no tools. Store hay inside to keep it clean and always available.
  2. Aluminum tray– Place it under the hay rack, on a flat, dry surface.
  3. Eco-Litter– Spread an even layer in the tray to ensure effective absorption of moisture and odors.

During the first few days, observe your bunny as he gets used to his new space. Always keep a bowl of fresh water within easy reach.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
  • Home Hay Feeder: clean with a dry cloth or small brush to remove dust and hay residue. Avoid contact with water or moisture.
  • Aluminum tray: wash with running water only and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges.
  • Eco-Litter: dispose of as organic waste according to local regulations. Store in a dry place and replace regularly to maintain freshness and hygiene.
  • Inspect and clean the litter box area frequently, avoiding urine stagnation or dirt accumulation.

Return Policy:
If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt (excluding personalized products), as long as the item is intact and unused. The request must be made by email to support@susy.pet , indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you sign for your order upon arrival if the box shows signs of damage during transport.

Refunds
