The Susy® Bunny House Cube arrives already assembled: just choose where to place it and it will be immediately ready to welcome your bunny.
It's a multifunctional object that combines your pet's needs with yours:

Directions for use:

  • Place it in a quiet, dry environment, away from sources of humidity.
  • In the first few days, let your rabbit explore it freely, respecting its adaptation times.
  • If you like, you can enrich the den with a small cushion or mat for added comfort.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE

The Bunny House Cube is made of FSC certified honeycomb cardboard, resistant but sensitive to liquids.
To keep it beautiful and functional longer:

  • Do not wet with water or liquids to avoid deformations.
  • Handle with care during daily travel.
  • Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust or debris.
  • To extend its life, use replacement scratching post (rabbit or cat version, depending on the model).
  • You can insert a cushion or mat inside for added comfort.
  • Always lean on dry and clean surfaces.

Return Policy:
If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt (excluding personalized products), as long as the item is intact and unused. The request must be made by email to support@susy.pet , indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you sign for your order upon arrival if the box shows signs of damage during transport.
