What are your delivery times and where do you ship?
Every piece in the Design & Wood collection is crafted from scratch. Production time is 3–5 business weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
We’ll notify you as soon as your package leaves our workshop, along with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.
We ship throughout Italy in 2–3 business days and to Europe in 2–10 business days, depending on the destination country. If you’ve ordered multiple items, the shipping time to consider is that of the item with the longest lead time.

Can I request customization of the products?
Yes, the products in the Design & Wood collection can be customized in terms of finishes.
You can choose the wood - natural oak or walnut-stained oak - and the color of the aluminum parts, which are available in a variety of shades. Each piece is then shaped, painted, and assembled by hand, one at a time: no two are alike.
DO THE PRODUCTS COME ALREADY ASSEMBLED?
Yes. Scocca, Retta, and Dimora come fully assembled: just open the package and place them wherever you like. No assembly instructions are needed.

Are Susy® products safe for my pet?
Yes. We use non-toxic materials free of harmful substances: oak wood and aluminum, protected by water-based paints selected specifically for the animal’s intended use. However, we always recommend monitoring the product during its first use, especially with animals that chew compulsively.
Can I return a product if it's not right for me?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition and has not been used.
How can I clean and maintain these products?
For wood, simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Wipe up any liquids immediately without letting them sit, and do not use harsh chemicals or corrosive substances.
Aluminum parts should be washed under running water and, if necessary, with natural soap. Then dry them with a soft cloth to prevent scratches and dullness. Aluminum does not retain odors: for daily cleaning, simply lift the lid and easily remove the tray.
In general, we recommend removing dirt regularly, avoiding harsh detergents, and following the maintenance instructions provided in each product description to extend the product’s lifespan.
What should I do if the package is damaged upon delivery?
We recommend that you always sign for the package with a reservation upon delivery if you notice any visible damage to the box.
This helps us resolve any issues with the carrier more quickly.
