 Each element is selected to be light, resistant and easy to use:

  • Travel Hay Feeder made of honeycomb cardboard, assembled in a few simple steps and ideal for free-roaming rabbits.

  • Durable and recyclable aluminum tray , with smooth surface and non-toxic paints.

  • Eco-Litter 100% vegetable and biodegradable, absorbent and safe.

  • Travel Bag Tailored and durable, in certified linen and cotton, to carry everything in order and style.

ASSEMBLY AND CORRECT USE

The Susy® Travel Kit is designed to offer you a quick and tidy setup wherever you are.

  • Travel Hay Feeder: it can be assembled in a few simple steps without tools, immediately creating a tidy space for hay and litter.
  • Aluminum tray: ready to use, it is placed inside the barn to contain the litter.
  • Eco-Litter: spread an even layer in the tray for optimal absorbency. Check and remove soiled areas regularly.
  • Travel Bag: designed to contain the disassembled hayrack, the tray and the eco-litter, keeping everything in order during transport.

Helpful tips:

  • Product designed for free-roaming rabbits; not suitable for individuals with a strong tendency to chew.
  • During the first few uses, observe your rabbit as he gets used to the new arrangement.
  • Remember to always have a bowl of fresh water available to keep him well hydrated.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE

To maintain the Travel Kit always efficient and durable:

  • Travel Hay Feeder: do not wet; clean with a dry cloth or small broom to remove dust and debris.
  • Aluminum tray: wash only with running water, dry with a soft cloth and do not use corrosive detergents.
  • Eco-Litter: replace completely on a regular basis, disposing of it in the organic waste according to local regulations.
  • Travel Bag: hand wash only if necessary (max 30°C) and air dry.

Additional recommendations:

  • Place the hayrack on dry, clean surfaces.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity to preserve the materials.

Keep the litter box clean frequently for the well-being of the animal and the life of the kit.

Return Policy:
If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt (excluding personalized products), as long as the item is intact and unused. The request must be made by email to support@susy.pet , indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you sign for your order upon arrival if the box shows signs of damage during transport.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used.
