As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow every step of the way.

Always check the package for integrity upon delivery, along with the courier. Check for obvious damage, a crushed box, or signs of opening. If you have any doubts about the condition of the package, sign with reservations, writing "RECEIVED WITH RESERVATIONS - CHECK CONTENTS" before signing. This will protect you in the event of damage during shipping.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the item is intact and unused, as provided for by the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
