What are the delivery times and where do you ship?
Every piece in the PopWood collection is made from scratch. Production takes 2-3 working weeks from the confirmed order.
We’ll let you know as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, with tracking so you can follow it all the way home.
We ship across Italy in 2-3 working days and within Europe in 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. If you’ve ordered more than one item, the shipping time to consider is that of the item with the longest lead time.

Can I request personalisation on the products?
Yes. PopWood products come in a range of shades, designed to sit in harmony with your living room: you can choose a solid colour or one of the two-tone combinations, which differ from model to model.
Isola can also be personalised with your pet’s name.
Do the products arrive already assembled?
No, the pieces arrive flat-packed in the box and slot together: no screws, no tools. We’ll email you the video showing the assembly sequence to follow.
They come apart just as easily, so you can store them when you don’t need them or take them with you.

Are Susy® products safe for my pet?
Yes. Poplar wood is a natural, safe and non-toxic material, stained with water-based paints chosen for use by the animal, which lives with the object in direct contact, every day.
We still recommend keeping an eye on the first few uses, especially with animals that chew compulsively.
Can I return a product if it isn’t right for me?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is intact and unused.
Items personalised with a pet’s name cannot be returned.
How do I clean and care for the products?
For the wood, a soft, barely damp cloth is all you need. Dry any liquids without letting them sit, and don’t use harsh chemicals or corrosive substances.
The aluminium trays (available separately) can be washed under running water and, if needed, with natural soap; dry them with a soft cloth to avoid scratches and dulling. Aluminium doesn’t hold odours, and the tray slides out in one movement for daily cleaning.
What should I do if the parcel arrives damaged?
We recommend always signing with reservation on delivery if you notice visible damage to the box.
This helps us resolve any issues with the courier more quickly.
