What are the delivery times and where do you ship to?
We ship throughout Italy in 2-3 business days and in Europe from 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. All orders are shipped via our trusted courier, with guaranteed tracking from the moment of shipment.
Do you have products suitable for multiple animals?
Of course. Many items are designed to be used by multiple rabbits or even other small species, as long as they are compatible in size and behavior.
Are Susy® products safe for my pet?
Yes. We use only natural, non-toxic, and harmful materials. However, we always recommend monitoring the first time you use them, especially with pets that chew compulsively.
How can I clean and maintain the products?
Each item has specific instructions on the product sheet. In general, we recommend removing dirt regularly, avoiding harsh detergents, and following the maintenance instructions to prolong its life.
Can I request product customization?
Yes, upon request, we can add your pet's name to various items. It's the extra touch that makes each accessory truly unique and theirs.
Can I return a product if it's not right for me?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, if the product is intact and unused. Personalized items cannot be returned.
What should I do if the package is damaged upon delivery?
We recommend always signing for a conditional delivery if you notice any visible damage to the box. This helps us resolve any issues with the courier more quickly.
