Dimora gathers your cat, rabbit or small dog's litter and bed into a single piece, under a walnut-stained oak top that makes it a side table in its own right. A project shown at Milan Design Week.

Beneath the top, the den opens from the front: a sheltered spot, the kind small pets seek out. The litter drawer slides away and makes room for the Oasi pet bed (sold separately), depending on how you want to use it.

A medium walnut stain gives the oak a deep tone, guarded from daily use by a non-toxic matte water-based finish. Frame and drawer are hand-worked, hand-coated aluminium: a metal that shrugs off moisture, holds no odours and wipes clean with water - Susy®'s choice where the pet world uses plastic. The warmth of wood and the lightness of metal give Dimora its presence.

Every Dimora is made by Italian artisans, with materials chosen to last. Frame and drawer come in gravel grey or olive green. Furniture that decorates, a retreat that welcomes - all in 43 centimetres of design.

SUSY® DESIGN & WOOD COLLECTION

For small pets and the homes that welcome them

Design & Wood is the first furniture collection by Susy®: hay feeders, rabbit houses and litter box furniture in oak and aluminium, made for small pets and the homes that welcome them. Unveiled at Milan Design Week, handmade by an all-Italian supply chain.

The materials of furniture

Surfaces in natural or walnut-stained oak; frames, canopies and trays in hand-formed, hand-coated aluminium, in place of plastic. Non-toxic water-based coatings, because your pet lives with the object directly.

Italian craftsmanship

Every piece is formed, coated and assembled by hand by local artisans, one at a time: no two are alike.

Made for their instincts

More ways in, no dead ends, the room always in view: every volume follows the natural behaviour of rabbits, cats and small dogs, free to live the home.
