The Susy® Scratching Post Kit is designed to integrate perfectly with the House Cube (cat or bunny version).

  • It can be easily inserted and removed from the dedicated base without the need for tools.
  • It ensures an optimal surface for scratching, preserving the furniture and satisfying the animal's natural instinct.

When the scratching post is worn out, simply remove it and replace it with a new one to keep the House Cube always in perfect working order.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
  • The kit is made in 100% recyclable cardboard, durable and suitable for everyday use.
  • Do not wet with water or other liquids.
  • To clean, use a dry cloth or shake gently to remove any residue.
  • Replace when the surface appears worn, to always ensure an effective and safe scratching experience.

Return Policy:
If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt (excluding personalized products), as long as the item is intact and unused. The request must be made by email to support@susy.pet , indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you sign for your order upon arrival if the box shows signs of damage during transport.

Refunds
