  • For maximum hygiene and durability, we recommend inserting an inner liner and one abundant layer of shavings to properly absorb the animal's needs.
  • Suitable as a temporary litter base, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Keep the environment clean frequently for your pet's well-being.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • After use, dispose of in the separate paper collection.
  • Store in a place dry and clean before use.

Return Policy:
If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt (excluding personalized products), as long as the item is intact and unused. The request must be made by email to support@susy.pet , indicating the order number, the reason for the return, and, if applicable, a photo of the product.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that you sign for your order upon arrival if the box shows signs of damage during transport.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-10 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used.
