Every Susy® pet bed comes in different sizes, tailored to each pet. Designed to fit everyone from the smallest companions to larger breeds.
- XS: 43 × 43 cm (see size S)
- S: 62 × 46 cm + pillow case | For dwarf rabbits or 2 toy rabbits, small cats, and toy-size (mini) dogs
- M: 68 × 50 cm + pillow case | For medium-size rabbits or up to 2 dwarf rabbits, medium-size cats, or small dogs
- L: 80 × 60 cm + pillow case | For large rabbits, medium-to-large cats, or small-to-medium dogs
- XL: 100 × 75 cm + pillow case | For large cats or medium-size dogs
- XXL: 120 × 90 cm + pillow case | For large dogs

WARRANTY, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Made for you, made to order
Every Susy® product is crafted with quality materials and artisanal care, designed to reach your home in perfect condition.
Production time: 3–5 working weeks from order confirmation. We'll notify you as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop, with tracking so you can follow the shipment all the way home.
Shipping: We ship throughout Italy and Europe with fast, trackable deliveries:
- Italy: 2–3 working days
- Europe: 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country
If you've ordered multiple items, shipping times will follow the item with the longest lead time.
Sustainable packaging: All our packaging is made of cardboard and eco-friendly materials, chosen to protect both your order and the environment.
Return policy: If the product isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is undamaged and unused. Personalised items with embroidery and custom-size made-to-order pieces are excluded from the right of return.
Requests should be sent by email to info@susy.pet, including your order number, the reason for the return, and, if needed, photos of the product.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 5–10 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the original order.
Damaged parcel on delivery: If the box shows signs of damage during transport, we recommend signing "accepted with reservation" upon delivery. This helps us resolve any issues with the courier more quickly.
