Everything you need to know to choose their made-to-measure pet bed and make the most of it.
What are your delivery times and where do you ship?
Each pet bed is made after your purchase, from scratch. Production time is 3-5 working weeks from order confirmation.
We'll let you know as soon as your package leaves our workshop, with tracking to follow the shipment all the way home.
We ship across Italy in 2-3 working days and across Europe in 2 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country. If you've ordered multiple items, the shipping time to consider is the one for the item with the longest production time.

Do you offer products suitable for multiple pets?
Of course. Susy® beds are fully customisable. You can choose the size, the fabric pattern, the trims (tone-on-tone or contrasting piping, with or without a pillow) and have your pet’s name embroidered on it. It’s that extra touch that makes every bed truly unique and truly theirs.
Do you offer products suitable for multiple pets or different species?
Of course. Susy® cushion beds are available in a range of sizes, including options designed to accommodate multiple rabbits, as well as cats and dogs, right up to the largest sizes.

Are Susy® products safe for my pet?
Yes. We only use non-toxic materials, free from harmful substances: fabrics certified according to European and American standards and pure natural wool filling. That said, we always recommend monitoring first use, especially with pets that tend to chew compulsively.
Can I return a product if it's not right for me?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and unused. Items personalised with embroidery or made-to-measure outside standard sizes cannot be returned.
How do I clean and care for the products?
The cover of our beds is removable and machine-washable at 30°C, gentle cycle, with the zip closed. No bleach, no stain removers, no tumble dryer.
For everyday care, simply use a soft-bristle brush to remove hair and a damp cloth for surface stains.
In general, we recommend removing dirt regularly, avoiding harsh detergents and following the care instructions provided in each product page to extend its life.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
We always recommend signing with reservation upon delivery if you notice visible damage to the box. This helps us handle any issues with the courier more quickly.
